In Noida-Greater Noida, the state government is promoting integrated township projects by giving relaxation in land acquisition and ease of development norms for such projects. This has encouraged the many developers to come forward in this segment of development and many such projects have been launched by the prominent builders of the area.

Developers such as Jaypee Greens, Ansal API, Supertech and Lotus Greens have already launched large housing projects that are in various stages of developments in Noida-Greater Noida area.

Jaypee Group is developing Jaypee Sports City. It is spread over 5,000 acres of prime land and is located along the Yamuna Expressway. This eco-friendly township project offers more open and lush green space to the residents.

The other large township is Gaur City in Greater Noida West. Alok Srivastava, area sales manager at Gaur City, says, “This integrated township will offer residents a lavish lifestyle in ultramodern apartments. The Gaur City is a sprawling township and will have all the facilities like shopping centres, office space, retail outlets, banks, schools and hospitals inside the single premises. The master plan of the Gaur City is planned by the renowned architecture of RSP Singapore.

Golf City is the new township in Sector 150 on the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway which is being developed by four real estate developers – Antriksh, Logix, Brys and Shubhkamna.

Spread over 200 acres, the project claims to be the NCR’s first integrated township with 9-hole golf course on 100 acres. Logix Neo World will be developed on 50 acres, while Antriksh Golf City will be over 25 acres and suppose to deliver 1,700 housing units.
