The Yamuna Expressway, the rapid transit corridor between Delhi and Agra, become operational in 2012 and has evolved as one of the most vibrant real estate destinations.

The area along the expressway is witnessing a lot of urban development that is being carried out by the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority.

The property prospects of land area along the Yamuna Expressway region are considered favourable even now when the real estate market in other places shows sluggish growth. Location Overview: The Yamuna Expressway or popularly called as Taj Expressway is a six-lane, 165-km long expressway came into limelight when it became operational in 2012. The expressway provides connectivity between the various satellite towns of the National Capital Region like Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, Meerut and Faridabad, Aligarh, Mathura and Agra.

Social infrastructure: The YEIDA has allotted more than 2.30 lakh hectares (Greater Noida to Agra) for the notified development to take place. The development is being triggered by its infrastructure plans. The area is well-mapped with hospitals and some of the educational institutions like Gautam Buddha University (521 acre), Noida International University, Galgotia University and Sharda University. The YEA has also proposed six international universities and 10 engineering colleges in the vicinity. The development of world famous Formula 01 motor racing track, now called as Buddha International Circuit, has given international fame to the area. The constriction of Jaypee Sports City and Night Safari are further expected to enhance the property value in this area.
